Holiday Shipping Guidelines:
USA and Canada Customers can order all the way up to Dec 20th to get their orders in time for Dec 24th. (Use Overnight Shipping Upgrade if ordering on the 20th)
International Customers (Not ordering from USA / Canada) can place their orders up until Dec 14th-16th to get their orders in time for Dec 24th (Use priority / Express Shipping Upgrades). Depending on the country you live in, standard shipping may take from 2-6 weeks for delivery. For international customers, we strongly recommend purchasing shipping upgrades.
Standard shipping services are do not come with a delivery time guarantee. Any shipping times given on standard shipping are estimations.
All of our orders are shipped with USPS into the States, USPS First Class International and Canada Post within Canada.
Tracking number will be provided if one is assigned to the shipment.
All items are shipped either from our Buffalo U.S shop OR our Canadian fulfillment center located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada within 1-2 weeks based on when we receive the payment and inventory stock of material. If material is available the item can be shipped within 2-3 business days which does not include weekends.
Any arrival time given on the website is an estimate based on our past experience with other clients. There are numerous factors that are involved in shipping the item to your location, due to this we can not guarantee an exact arrival time for your package. We are also not responsible for any delays in shipping as a result of this.
Packages that are returned back to us after being shipped are considered undeliverable. These may be undeliverable for one of many reasons, including but not limited to: incorrect address, incorrect name, no one available at the address to accept the package, refusal to accept without any reason, etc. These packages are then sent back to our location. In order to re-ship the package, we will need to collect shipping charges again. These charges include the fee to have the item returned back to us and the fees to re-ship the package.
International orders including orders (Excluding U.S.A and Canada)
Customs duties, brokerage fees and local taxes may apply to your purchase once it enters your country. You are responsible for paying these charges. We can not estimate what the additional charges may be, please contact your country’s local custom department in regards to this.
International shipping ranges from 4-6 weeks, so please be patient if you have not received your order by the 4 week period.
We are not liable for any delays in shipping caused by the shipping companies (USPS, CANADA POST, UPS, PUROLATOR, ETC)
Please contact us if your order is time sensitive and let us confirm whether it will arrive on time prior to placing your order.
There will be no refunds due to shipping delays.
Refunds and Exchanges
Order Cancellations: Once an order has been placed, We are unable to cancel the order.
All sales are final, we do not accept order cancellations, return, refunds or EXCHANGES
If a wrong item or sizes might be shipped due to our mistake, we will rectify the issue if it happens. Contact us right away and send the item back within 7 days of receipt.
Please note that we only accept items in their original condition (ex. unwashed and unworn clothing).
Once we have received the product from you and it all looks good, we will send you out a new one in the color and size you want within the current processing time.
We do not offer refunds as each items is custom made to order. If you have made a mistake on, please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order. We will correct your order as long as the printing process hasn’t been started. Incorrect addresses can not be rectified once an order has left. Any changes requested can not be confirmed until you have received a written confirmation for you acknowledging your request.
WE ONLY ACCEPT EXCHANGES (with restrictions), NO RETURNS WHATSOEVER since all products are made to order!
Shipping cost to and from the buyer is the responsibility of the buyer.
Once the order is shipped, we can not make any changes to the address. Please ensure your address on Etsy / Paypal is correct. We will only ship to that address unless you receive a confirmation from us for a change of address request sent via Etsy convo. If an item has been shipped to an incorrect address, there will be a $5 handling charge (Cost for us to receive the item back) + Additional shipping fees to send the item back to you.
Any request made after an order has been placed will increase the production and handling time on the order. Your order will be placed on hold until we have received confirmation from you regarding your request.

Additional Policies and FAQs
Convos / E-mail during Peak seasons and busy times: During the Holiday season, we get quite a few messages. Although we would like to respond to each and every message in a timely fashion, we sometimes are unable to keep up and would really focus more of our shop’s time and efforts in printing and shipping customer’s orders. It it our number one priority to make sure every one will get their orders on time.
Here are some answers to frequently asked questions
1)Can you cancel my order?
Once your order is placed, we are not able to provide a cancellation. As soon as an order comes through we get started on ordering garments, placing your order into print ques, printing, packing ans shipping. Order cancellations leave us with unwanted blanks and printed garments which we have no use for. So we have a simple policy, “No Cancellations Please!”. If you are not unsure if you want to place an order, (Please see our Refund Policy)
2)Can I Get a refund?

3)Can I exchange something that i bought that doesn’t fit?
Most of the items we sell are very seasonal and time sensitive. All of our sales are final.
4)Something that i bought doesn’t fit.
We offer a size chart in all of our product listing. We really would urge all customers to make sure they order the correct size since we are not able to exchange an order after it has been shipped.
If you are messaging us in convos / emails with the questions above, we will simply skip these repetitive questions during peak seasons so that we can get to other valid questions and focus more on getting customer’s order shipped.
Note: Spamming us with the same questions over and over doesn’t help your cause and will end up us having you reported for spam.
